VIKIRAN is a Non-Profit organization that was founded in the year 2017. An NGO which is focused on children's education and empowerment. As of October 2018, the organization works in Wazirabad, North Delhi. Vikiran believes that every child deserves the best chance for a bright future and that is why we are fiercely committed that all children not merely survive but they thrive. We run our Programmes to provide quality education, skill development, vocational training, community mobilization, Socioeconomic development, and promoting health care. Our pioneering Programmes address the children's unique needs giving them a healthy start, the opportunity to learn.​

Vikiran is based on ideas of transforming the lives of the underprivileged failed or school dropout children of India to provide them with a better opportunity for creative learning, where they can earn while they learn which will impact young kids' minds positively towards the dignity of work & labour.

Lying at the heart of vikiran is the vision of creating a gender neutral country by attempting to bring about a radical change in the mindsets of the people. Vikiran is intensively working in order to save the underprivileged school dropout girls by involving them in enhancing the quality of life in the slums & directly benefitted them in enhancing the quality of life in slums and directly benefitted them by providing free basic education and crafts designing.

Meet The Team
Manish Kumar was born
on 18th April 1990 and hails from
Bishunpur in jharkhand. He is a B.E.
(computer Science Engineering) from vishvesvaraya
technological university, Belgaum, Karnataka. He has
completed his schooling from one of the finest boarding
school of this country (Netarhat Residential School).
He has 8 years of teaching experience in various institutions
and has taught about 1000 kids free of cost. He is also guiding
the students and helping them to shape their future. As a
motivator and career councilor he has a vast experience to
deal with the students and giving them a positive ambience.
Currently he is guiding the students of different sections of
the society to solve the riddle of deviation. Under his
directorship the kinetic classes which has been proven
itself among students and help them to achieve
their long standing goals.

Sandeep Jaiswal
Sandeep Jaiswal was
born on 21st December 1996
and hails from Motihari, Bihar. He has
done his post-graduation from the
Department of Political Science, University of
Delhi. He has completed his schooling from one of the finest boarding schools in this country, Netarhat Residential School.
Previously, he was a part of NSS at the University
of Delhi. later he joined Navpallav as a social
media manager then joined an NGO named
Saksham as the General Secretary.

Garima was born on 6th
December, 1997 and hails from Pilani,
Rajasthan. She has completed her
graduation in commerce from Shaheed
Bhagat Singh evening college, Delhi University.
She has completed her schooling from a reputed
school of Pilani named Birla Shishu Vihar, Pilani.
She is a dedicated social worker with a strong
commitment of serving disadvantaged girls/women of
the society. Being a commerce graduate she possess
good management competence which helps the
organization in conducting the events.
She is an art enthusiast through which she aspires to
bring a change in society for which she helps and
trains young girls from weaker economic
background to enhance their creative skills
through different art and craft. She also
render her business skills to the
children for transforming into
young entrepreneurs.
